🔗 Add Related Part (Same Stock, Different Unit / Variant, or Assembled Kit)

Use this whenever a listing's available stock should be computed from one or more OTHER parts already in your Stock List, rather than tracked with its own stock number. Two common cases: (1) Same stock, different unit — e.g. a Headlight Bulb sold as a "Set" of 2 while also selling individually as "1 Pc", or as "RH"/"LH" singles. Pick the row that holds the actual stock in its smallest sellable unit as the one component. (2) Assembled kit from independent parts — e.g. a "Complete Counter Gear" made of one independently-stocked Shaft plus one independently-stocked 4th Gear, where each component can ALSO be sold on its own. Add both the Shaft and the 4th Gear as their own "Add New Part" entries first (each keeps and edits its own stock number normally), then create the "Complete" listing here and add BOTH as components below. Its available stock is automatically the smallest of (component stock ÷ qty needed) across all components — so selling a single 4th Gear immediately reduces how many "Complete" units are available, while the Shaft count stays untouched and still sells on its own.
